Refund Policy

Please note the products are made with Raw/Unprocessed/100% Virgin Remy Human Hair, it is natural and not manufactured, so no guarantee/warranty can be given. Do also note that no two products will be the same. Any issues in terms of dryness/fizziness or any other issues with hair can be solved by deep conditioning. Even hair extensions made from natural hair will have bad days, they need proper care and attention. These are not taken into consideration for return/refund or exchange of a product/s.

Our Cancellations, Returns, and Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. We assure you of doing our best to meet your requirements and expectations when shopping with us. If you are unhappy with our service by any chance, do let us know so we can resolve the same.

For any issues regarding cancellations, exchanges, returns or refunds of purchased products, please refer to our policy as seen below.

Cancellation Policy

​

If you wish to cancel the order, please contact us immediately. Once we ship an order or have started processing it for customisation (all steamed textures come under this category), it cannot be cancelled.

​

If you cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, a transaction and handling fee of 6% will be deducted from the total order value. For cancellations after 24hrs, a transaction and handling fee of 15% will be deducted from the total order value.

​

Once the cancellation is processed, it may take approximately 3 weeks for the amount to reflect in your bank or credit card or PayPal account.

Shipping Policy

​

  1. We ship internationally from India, We are not responsible for customs clearance, it’s the receiver’s responsibility for clearing the shipment with customs and to pay any customs/import duty, if there is any. The responsibility for orders not received due to seizure by customs authorities is with the buyer.

  2. Once we ship an order, we will share the delivery tracking details with you. The order will reach based on the approximate days specified by the shipping partner. If there’s a delay in delivery, please contact the local shipping agent, additionally please do let us know, so we can contact the partner and assist from our end if necessary.

  3. We are not responsible for any losses caused by unsuccessful order deliveries because of an incorrect address provided by the buyer if the customer is not available at the mentioned address or for any other logistical-related issues.

  4. We offer no refund or reshipping if the order is lost by the shipping company or delivered to the wrong address or is stolen from the mailbox/doorstep or if items are missing due to tampered package (in transit).

Exchange, Returns, and Refund Policy

​

We offer no exchanges, refunds or accept returns on products. Mainly due to hygiene as the products are made with natural hair.

​

However, due to certain issues, we may consider. If you wish to return or exchange any item, you will need to do so within 2 days of receipt of the order. For products to be eligible for exchange or returns, the product needs to be in the original packaging (With tags intact), unused and of RemyRani (Please keep in mind we are conducting thorough checks and are able to differentiate our product from counterfeits). Used or washed products will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Exchanges or Refunds (Without any Quality-Related Issues)

​

We do not consider any refund/exchange requests for such requests.

Exchange or Refund due to Quality Concerns

​

If for any unfortunate reason or circumstance, you find an issue with the quality of the product (for example wrong texture or size or a manufacturing defect), send an email to info@remyrani.net within 2 days of receiving the order.

​

Mention your order number in the email subject line, along with a detailed description of your concern in the body. Please attach a picture/s or video of the package containing the shipping information and a picture or video of the product you received and what seems to be wrong with the product.

​

Once we receive the email, we will review the issue and offer you an appropriate solution within 10-15 business days.

Note:

​​

  1. For the return of products, you are required to bear the return shipping costs. A restocking fee of 25% will also be deducted from your total order value (as shipping and handling costs are charged at the time of placing your original order).

  2. Please note, once the product is used, it disqualifies from any consideration of returns/refund/exchange. If we agree to either returns, exchange or refund, and If we find the product to be used, damaged or not belonging to us, no refund/exchange will be considered or processed.

  3. When shipping the product back for exchange or return, write down the order number and other important information (name, contact details, address) on a sheet of paper and put it in the package.

  4. We undertake no repair work. Any return or refund claim done (through third-party payment gateways/credit card companies) without prior notice to us will not be considered. The loss will have to be borne by the buyer. Hence, we request you to please contact us for any issues.

  5. Any claim of defects will have to be supported by proper evidence.

  6. Please be vigilant when getting the product installed. It is a known issue of products being switched during installation.
